Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical quality This product is a brown viscous paste. It has adsorption-analysis function for solid particles in water. Can be compounded with quaternary ammonium salt active agents. |
Use | Use as Scale Inhibitor, suitable for oil field water injection, chemical plants, refineries, air conditioning systems and copper heat exchangers and other circulating cooling water as Scale Inhibitor, when used alone, the drug concentration is 5~10 mg/L. If the concentration is properly increased, the corrosion inhibition performance is good. |
P2O5 reacts with glycerol in a pressure kettle with alkali as a catalyst, ethylene oxide and glycerol undergo polycondensation reaction to generate polyoxyethylene glycerol ether, and then undergo esterification reaction with P& 2O5. See isooctanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate for details.
Pyrophosphoric acid reacts with glycerol, 1 mol of polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether is added to the reaction kettle, benzene is added as solvent, and stirred evenly. Add 1% phosphorous acid, then add 3 mol of pyrophosphate, react at 50~60 ℃ for 5 h, evaporate the solvent, add 1% hydrogen peroxide to oxidize phosphorous acid after cooling. Dilute the heated water to the desired concentration is the finished product.
